According to the Euro Graph, in 2018, European manufacturers of printing paper shipped 30.9 million tons of products, including 24.65 million tons - these were domestic supplies, and 6.3 million - foreign. A decrease in demand was observed for all varieties.
In the sector of coated role-bearing papers with wood content, the decline in domestic supplies was almost completely offset by an increase in supplies outside Europe (+ 8.8%).
The maximum drop in the volume of deliveries abroad was observed in the sector of supercalendered papers (-11.6%) and coated pure cellulose (-12%).
